Love pizza? Why not try these great Air Fryer Pizza Rolls. It’s a quick and easy way to prep lunch or a snack for yourself or the kids.
Don’t mistake these for pizza bites. Those are different and a bit easier to pop into your mouth individually. These rolls are literally rolled and filled with a lot more filling than a basic pizza bite.
How to Make Air Fryer Pizza Rolls
To get started, open up your air fryer and; depending on the style of air fryer; place the frozen pizza rolls in the air fryer basket or on the tray. Make sure they are evenly spaced so that everything cooks thoroughly and air can flow between each roll.
If needed, preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the air fryer basket or tray into the air fryer and begin to cook at the same temperature (375° F). These can take anywhere from 6-7 minutes in total to cook all the way through.
Remove the pizza rolls from the air fryer and place them on a plate with some marinara sauce for dipping (if desired). Be careful, they will be hot right out of the air fryer, so wait a couple of minutes before you enjoy.
Why use the Air Fryer instead of the Oven or Microwave?
The air fryer is a better option than your oven and microwave for a number of reasons; when it comes to cooking in the oven, it will take far longer for your oven to reach the correct temperature to cook the pizza rolls, which leads to your house heating up and the use of far more electricity than a simple air fryer. Furthermore, the air fryer does a much better job at crisping them up.
When it comes to the microwave, it’s not even a fair fight! The microwave makes them soggy and unpleasant and the air fryer is far and above the better option when it comes to enjoying the food and having it taste the way it was intended.
