How To Make Instant Pot Chicken Noodle Soup
If you have previously made our homemade chicken stock, we recommend using it for this recipe. If you have not and would like to, we’ve linked to it in the recipe card below to help you prepare it prior to making this recipe. You can, however, also use your own chicken stock of choice for this, but the flavor will not be as good as with homemade.

To get started, add all of your ingredients except for the chicken meat and the pasta into the Instant Pot.
Cook for 30 minutes using the soup button, then release.
Before serving, push the saute button and add in the chicken meat and dry pasta. Cook until the noodles are soft and ready, then serve.
Remove from the Instant Pot and serve in soup bowls / mugs and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup diced white onion
- 3 cups carrots diced
- 3 cups celery diced
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 2 cups diced chicken meat cooked
- 8-10 cups homemade chicken stock
- 1 cup dry elbow pasta
Instructions
- Add everything but the chicken meat and the elbow pasta into the Instant Pot.
- Seal and cook using the soup button for 30 minutes, then release.
- Before you are ready to serve, add the chicken meat and the elbow pasta to the Instant Pot and push the saute button.
- Cook the noodles until ready to serve, then turn off the Instant Pot and serve.
