This Instant Pot Chicken And Wild Rice Soup is easy and delicious - and has no dairy products!

Ingredients
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup wild rice
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 white onion diced
  • 3 carrots peeled and diced
  • 3 stalks celery diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 russet potatoes diced small
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients above in the instant pot.

  2. Press the Soup button and cook for 45 minutes. ( should be the default time that appears when you push the soup button.
  3. When ready, remove the chicken breasts onto a plate and shred them. Mix back into the soup.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
