These air fryer brussels sprouts are just like the ones they serve in fancy restaurants and are a quick and easy side-dish for your dinner or lunch.

How to Make Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Start by removing any bad / dirty leaves on the outsides of the brussels sprouts and then give them a good wash. Now pat dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture (this will help them crisp up faster) and slice them in half. just like the picture below.

Now it’s time to get them ready. Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the brussels sprouts and sprinkle with salt and pepper (see our recipe card below for recommended amounts).

Now toss them around a bit to make sure they are completely covered.

Place them evenly spaced in the air fryer basket and set the temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Now cook in the air fryer until crispy and brown. For rough times, see the recipe card below. Keep in mind that some air fryers are a bit different than others (just like ovens) so your times / temperatures may vary slightly but this should give you a good ballpark to work from.

Once done, they should be brown and crispy like the picture below. Shake them out onto a plate and serve!

That’s all there is to it. Need something to go with these brussels sprouts? Why not try our Instant Pot Cube Steak and Gravy or Slow Cooker Pot Roast With Onion Mushroom Gravy!

Happy cooking!
