Fantastic salmon done in the air fryer! Loaded with spices then baked up to tender perfection, this will soon become a new seafood favorite for dinner!
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
Gently pat each salmon fillet dry with a paper towel, then throw out the paper towels.
Combine the dill, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a small bowl.
Gently rub the olive oil (or cooking spray) on the fillets. Sprinkle a dense coating of the spices on each salmon fillet, dividing equally between the four.
If needed, preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes. Remove the basket and place the fillets inside, making sure they aren't touching and they have space between each for air to circulate.
Cook for 7 minutes, then check for doneness. We use an instant-read thermometer to make sure it's 145°F, as flaking the fish to test can dry it out when you have to return it to cook again. The fish is done when it flakes nicely but a thermometer really helps you not overcook it!
Once done, remove and serve with lemon wedges.
